How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Email support@luminaehome.net with your order number to start a return.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and your order number at support@luminaehome.net. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at support@luminaehome.net.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. You can also check order status by logging into your account on our website.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
